James studied Economics at the University of London and has extensive experience in the financial markets, analytics and advertising.

James is a member of the Asset Allocation Committee and will use his experience to assist with ensuring that all loans recommended to the Asset Allocation Committee comply fully with the investment procedures and rules. He will also continue to liaise with existing clients to keep them up to date with the progress of The Funds.

Carl has worked in the Financial Servces industry for over 20 years and has worked as both a Broker Consultant and IFA in that time.  He has worked in and around the Midlands IFA community during the whole period.  Prior to joining Connaught, Carl ran his own Fund Distribution business, specialising in the property sector and has considerable experience in the creation and marketing of new funds.

Beth graduated from De Montfort University with a BA Hons in Business Administration.  She started her career as a Mortgage Advisor before moving to Zurich IFA.  Her role was to develop relationships with IFA's, dealing mainly in pensions and investments.  Beth left there to joing Scottish Provident International dealing with offshore investments and trust solutions for high net worth clients.  She gained the AFPC G10 qualification here.  To further build her pension knowledge she joined MetLife and remained with them until joining WorldWide Wealth Solutions LLP in February 2009.
