The Connaught Income Fund, Series 2

Following demand for an offshore version of the successful Series 1 Income Fund, Connaught has created an authorised Class B unit trust domiciled in Guernsey, which is offered through our regulated Guernsey based subsidiary, Connaught Asset Management (Guernsey) Limited.

Complimenting our existing Series 1 and 3 Funds, Series 2 lends in to the residential housing market for the short to medium term with a targeted overall Fund maturity of 18 months and has the option of investing up to 10% in commercial property.  Series 2 pays distributions of between 7.15% and 7.5% with no tax deducted at source.

The Connaught Income Fund, Series 3

The Connaught Income Fund Series 3 moves away from the urban environment and in to the agricultural lending sector.  This Fund therefore acts as a portfolio divesifier for investors who already hold investments in Series 1.  Returns are available from 8.5%-9.0% depending on the size of investment.

Series 3 has exactly the same structure as Series 1, a Limited Partnership alongside the Exempt Unit Trust.  The average LTV is targeted at 65%.
