The Connaught Income Fund, Series 1

The Connaught Income Fund, Series 1 offers investors an AER from 8.15% to 8.5% paid quarterly with one calendar month’s notice to withdraw monies after an initial five month period.  This Fund is based on low risk property bridging finance with an average of 75% LTV.

 

The Fund has been operating for over two years and has made over 260 bridging loans through a revolving credit facility with the Specialist Partner and to date has had zero arrears and less than 1% defaults.

The Connaught Income Fund, Series 3

The Connaught Income Fund, Series 3 moves away from the urban environment and into the agricultural lending sector. This Fund therefore acts as a portfolio diversifier for investors who already hold investments in Series 1.  Returns are available from 8.5% - 9.0% depending on the size of the investment.  

Series 3 has exactly the same structure as Series 1, a Limited Partnership alongside the Exempt Unit Trust.  The average Fund LTV is targeted at 65%.
