The Operator of the Limited Partnerships for The Connaught Income Fund, Series 1 is Blue Gate Capital Limited (Blue Gate) which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), Registered in England No:0625776, 4th Floor, Blackfriars House, Parsonage, Manchester. M3 2JA. The Operator of the Limited Partnership for The Connaught Income Fund Series 3 will be Dunadd Asset Management Limited (Dunadd), which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, Registered in Scotland No. SC283417, 26 New Street, Paisley, Renfrewshire, PA1 1YB. Both Operators have appointed Connaught Asset Management Limited to act as asset manager in relation to the bridging loans proposed to The Fund by the Specialist Partner. The Income Fund Series 2 consists of a Guernsey authorised Class B Unit Trust.
